About the project

Develop a protocol to include traditional ecological and scientific knowledge for the design of combined indicators aimed at the long-term monitoring of biodiversity and social well-being of the Paramun communities of Peru’s Northern Andes. Explore different means of communicating the perspectives, knowledge, and values of the Paramun communities and their relationship with nature using art-based approaches. This project is carried out in collaboration with the University of Wageningen, the Netherlands, and is comprised in the Fondecyt – Social Sciences call.
