About the project
It was part of the Penn State Seed Funds – PUCP – UNI. Its objective was to analyze social conflict over housing, in a city that is constantly growing. It also analyzes the role of the State, the conservation work done by Los Pantanos de Villa Wildlife Refuge, and citizen environmental education and training as a way to protect the environment and human life in order to have a global and adequate understanding of the problems faced by the Villa reservoirs.
