About the project
The objective was to provide prioritized lists of the carbon / water most cost-efficient measures to be adopted in city energy, housing, commerce, transport, industry, waste and water sectors, so as to provide evidence that supports large-scale investment to turns Lima into a city that uses its resources efficiently and has low carbon emissions.
