Terminó la facultad de arquitectura en 1999 en la Universidad Ricardo Palma, Lima Perú. Ganó el Premio Cori Wasi al mejor alumno de la promoción. Ganó el premio a la mejor tesis del año. 2002 hizo el curso de posgrado Sustainable Building and Urban Design en el IHS, Holanda. 2008 terminó su doctorado en arquitectura sostenible en la UCL, Bélgica. Es docente ordinaria de la PUCP, donde enseña en la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo desde el 2003, desde el 2017 también en la Maestría en Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Desarrollo Territorial Sostenible. 2012 co-organizó la conferencia internacional PLEA2012 en la PUCP. Fue miembro de la Asamblea Universitaria y es actualmente miembro del Consejo de Facultad FAU-PUCP. Es socia fundadora del estudio POGGIONE+BIONDI ARQUITECTOS.
